Q4 results of Reliance Industries are scheduled to be announced on April 21.

Reliance Industries, led by Mukesh Ambani, has announced that it will release its audited financial results for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2023, on Friday, April 21.

According to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company's board of directors is scheduled to convene on that day to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated financial results for the said period.

On the BSE, Reliance Industries' stock rose 0.4% to close at Rs 2,355.6 during Thursday's trading. However, the stock has seen a decline of more than 8% year-to-date, despite a 5% increase over the last month.

For the third quarter of the fiscal year 2022-23, Reliance Industries recorded a 15% year-on-year drop in consolidated net profit, amounting to Rs 15,792 crore. Its revenue increased by 15.3% to Rs 2.20 lakh crore.

According to analysts ratings, the recommendation for Reliance Industry as a major signal is "Buy"
